Guardian Private Investigations is a full-service investigative agency serving law firms, private parties, and businesses across Southern California, that also maintains access to resources across the country.  Our private investigators are experienced, professional investigators ready to assist in any investigation. 

We specialize in surveillance, witness statements, and difficult subpoena service.  We use top of the line equipment for all of your surveillance and investigation needs and have endless resources through our proprietary databases.  Our frequent caseload includes child custody, divorce and infidelity and personal injury claims.  Other services include GPS tracking rentals, debugging, hidden camera detection, background checks, and missing person locates.

What separates us from the competitor is our passion for the work that we do and a genuine interest in providing  a solid work product to you.  Owner, Amelia Clemens formed Guardian Private Investigations after earning a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology to continue a passion for previous investigation work and legal case assistance.  Our investigators do not do this work as a hobby, nor are we supplementing income from a pension of a previous profession.  We are well-trained in our skills and we take pride in the work that we do.  We produce results with integrity, and obtain these results through the guidelines of California State Law and procedure.

Educated with a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Investigative experience has since been gained in various venues of Southern California.
